Warehousing & Logistics

The Problem of Excessive Heat in Logistics Warehouses

1. Typically large areas with high employee mobility, making it difficult to cool down the entire workforce.

2. Logistics warehouses are generally steel-structured buildings, where indoor temperatures are often higher than outdoor temperatures in summer.

3. Large building areas and poor air circulation result in generally poor working conditions for employees, low work efficiency, and frequent cases of heatstroke due to stuffiness. This impacts factory production efficiency.

Solutions:

Some logistics warehouses use wall fans and find it difficult to use traditional air conditioning for cooling. Due to the large warehouse space, concentrated goods, but dispersed staff, traditional air conditioning cannot provide comprehensive cooling or address the ventilation and cooling needs of large spaces. It only solves localized problems without significantly improving the situation, and the operating electricity costs are high!

Recommended Solution: Use portable integrated air conditioners such as ZP-V9-4, ZP-V9-6, and V6-6. These require no installation, can be moved anywhere, and are plug-and-play. It can quickly lower the temperature by about 10 degrees Celsius, with a maximum airflow range of up to 20 meters. Our air conditioner uses a compressor for cooling, and the filter purifies the air and filters out dust particles. It consumes very little electricity; a 3-horsepower unit only consumes about 2.8 kWh per hour, making it highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.

It provides unobstructed ventilation, exchanging fresh outdoor air for greater comfort.

The Result / Outcome:

Ensuring fresh and cool indoor and outdoor air! Staff can feel the cool air no matter where they are! It effectively lowers the indoor temperature to a comfortable level, leading to more stable employee moods and increased work efficiency several times over!
